Advanced Nitrox and Deco Procedures Diver – dive safely to 150 feet with this technical diving combo pack: the two great tastes that go great together! Combining your AN/Deco in one long weekend is definitely the way to go. Being able to practice all of your necessary skills together just puts a nice bow on these two very popular courses. This special price is only available for a limited time, and in limited quantity (two remaining as of Nov 14, 2024)!

When combined, these courses require a minimum of six dives, however we will perform multiple other dives, including a checkout dive for those new to Spartan SCUBA.

With these courses you’ll learn how to safely and effectively plan a dive to 150 feet, manage multiple gasses, sling multiple tanks, and basically look like a superhero while doing it.

Advanced Nitrox Diver

Are you looking to expand your dive time? Maybe you’re a scientific diver or photographer looking to stay in the water a little longer?The TDI AN Course qualifies divers to use enriched air nitrox from EAN 21 through EAN 100 percent within your current certification level to a maximum depth of 40 metres/130 feet during dives that do not require staged decompression. TDI AN is a must for SCR or CCR divers.

Decompression Procedures Diver

Are you finding your no- decompression limits (NDLs) a limiting factor to dives? Do you have to ascend sooner than you would like? As sport divers, planned decompression is not something that we do or have been taught.The TDI Decompression Procedures Course prepares you for planned staged decompression diving. With a maximum operating depth of 45 metres/150 feet, this course is your first step beyond the normal sport diving limits. The TDI Deco Course combined with the AN course form the foundation of all other technical courses. After these two courses and some additional experience, the stage has been set for you to move onto additional technical levels.

Who this course is for:

• The certified Advanced Diver looking to expand their knowledge of decompression theory and diving techniques
• The certified Advanced Diver who is interested in extending their bottom time
• The certified Advanced Diver who has interest in moving forward with technical diving education

Course prerequisites:

• Minimum age 18
• Minimum certification of SDI Advanced Adventure Diver, Advanced Diver, or equivalent
• Minimum certification of TDI Nitrox Diver or equivalent
• Proof of 25 logged open water dives

Courses included:

• TDI AN Course: O2 to 100%*
• TDI Deco Course: certify to 150 feet*

Included in bundle: eLearning and academic instruction for each specialty; rental gear to perform specialty activities; additional sling bottle of 21% back gas as needed; open water dives to satisfy the rubric for each specialty; open access to your entire Spartan SCUBA instructional team; registration and certification cards for each specialty upon successful completion.

Not included: tank fills; one (1) 30-40cf bottle of 100% O2 [available for rental @ $30]; one (1) 50-80cf bottle of 60% O2 [available for rental @ $30]; travel expenses; lodging; meals; anything not specifically listed in the “included” section above.

This course is taught entirely at our Sunrise Dive Park at the Sunrise Resort on Hood Canal. Please make sure you have accommodations secured in advance, or book a space in the dorm room with your Spartan SCUBA instuctional team.

Course is taught by Doc, and may be assisted or co-taught with any of our instructional dive team members.
