Come check out our freshly remodeled shop floor! We’ve added roughly 200 square feet of dedicated space to HQ—and yes, step-by-step world domination is officially underway.

Before we plot complete industry takeover, we’ve got shop business to handle. This meeting is where the leadership team lines up our operations, sharpens our marketplace focus, and maps out the future of our dive programs.

• Company & Shop Operations: Reviewing internal business and priorities for the upcoming season.
• Marketplace & Industry Pulse: Where we stand in the regional and national dive industry landscape, and where we’re heading next.
• Trip Proposals & Logistics: Have a local dive, specialty weekend, or custom itinerary you want to put on the schedule? Bring it to the table! We’ll evaluate feasibility, calendar fit, and operational logistics.
• Future Travel Brainstorming: Open discussion on upcoming travel destinations, group trips, and dive travel strategy.

• Provided at HQ: A spread of meats, cheeses, crackers, and crisp veggies (strictly not sourced from Tyler Farms 😉), plus non-alcoholic drinks.
• Shareables Welcome: Feel free to bring your favorite beverage or a shareable treat to pass around as we talk shop.
