Congratulations Mt. Hood Lanes Raffle Winner!

This course takes anybody all the way from never-breathed-underwater to being a self sufficient scuba diver capable of finding another buddy who is scuba certified and going out on a dive without any instructor or divemaster required. 

The biggest thing to note is that we, at Spartan Scuba, do things at your pace. Once you fill out the form below your journey begins. Our instructional staff will be your tour guide BUT instead of us calling the shots we will present all of the options and paths to you and you’re in charge of where our adventure takes us!

Here are the key things:

1. Enter the code provided on your raffle winnings in the form below.
2. We will send out an email of congratulations on embarking on this adventure and your eLearning journey will begin.
3. We will also reach out to set up an initial meeting of instructional staff. If you want a sneak peak check us out HERE. While we would love our meeting to be in person we can also set up a virtual visit online. We’ll set up a Google Meets link and introduce ourselves if your life is a bit busy and sneaking away to meet us face to face is a bit tricky in the beginning.
4. Come in to the shop pick out and purchase your very own mask and snorkel. Don’t worry. This one wont break the bank. Budget about $150 at the very max per diver and that’s if you are intentionally looking for the most expensive items we have on the wall. Most masks are about $50 or about $100 if you need readers and most snorkels are around $30.
5. Once eLearning is done. Which we will have communicated with you multiple times at this point. You’ll most likely have our personal cell phone numbers by this time. We have confined water sessions to complete. You will have seen and received your checklist for completing your open water in an email so you can see all of the things that have been completed and what is still to come. Think of this like your passport. This is at your own pace. We will schedule as many pool sessions as it takes to make sure you are comfortable with your gear and all of the skills required to be a safe and competent scuba diver.
6. After all the boxes are ticked for confined water your next, and honestly most difficult choice, is deciding where to get certified. Would you like to join us in Hoodsport, WA for some classic pacific northwest diving OR would you like to take a tropical excursion with us and spend a week in the warm waters of a beautiful destination for a week of delicious diving and vacationing? Again, no need to make that decision now we will be here every step of the way to help you make your decisions!
